Crescent Womb offers a 30-day money back guarantee as well as a 12-month warranty on all materials and craftsmanship. Crescent Womb, LLC will accept returns within 30 days from the original ship date. Any items purchased from Crescent Womb that arrived in damaged condition can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Returns must be shipped with shipping charges prepaid, unless otherwise stated by Crescent Womb. Shipping costs are not refundable. All returns must be processed through the original payment method.

All the returned products must contain all components, accessories and user manuals. In the event that any components are missing, you will be responsible for the cost of the replacement component and the restocking fee.

All returns must be approved with a Return Authorization Number. Please email info@crescentwomb.com or call our Customer Service Team at 1-727-667-2229 to obtain a Return Authorization Number.

SHIPPING COSTS ON INTERNATIONAL ORDERS WILL NOT BE REFUNDED

Provide the following information when calling or emailing:

  • Original Order Number
  • Product SKU Number
  • Reason for Return

The Return Authorization Number Email must be included in the returned packaging and is valid for 10 business days from the date of issue.

Return Labels or Call Tags can be issued by our customer service department to return merchandise. Associated fees and return freight charges will apply. Returns will not be accepted on items that are:

  • Returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Returned without notification
  • Returned damaged or with missing components
  • Incorrectly addressed
